It's In His Kiss is a story penned with humor, compassion and passion.
Savannah is a new restaurant owner. From the moment Savannah reads the scathing review written by Jackson Dewitt, which slams her restaurant, she's on a mission.
Jackson is a food critic. When Savannah shows up at the newspaper that Jackson writes for and proceeds to dump on his desk the same dish that he discredited in his article, the sparks begin to fly. Romantic sparks that is.
The attraction is strong, but as things begin to heat up for the couple, enter Savannah's old ball and chain. Bryce the ex-husband who would rather make her life miserable, than let go. If that isn't enough, enter Angelica, the fashion editor who also works for the newspaper, who wants Jackson in a big way. Also throw into that mix Vince the newspapers photographer, who has made it his mission to add Angelica to his list of conquest.
Confused? You won't be when you read this delightful story. "It's In His Kiss" delivers all that it's title promises.
Ms. Laudat has once again given us a charming story filled with humorous wit, sensitivity and a revengeful satisfactory ending.
